Consignments from third countries (or parts of third countries) of food and feed of non-animal origin listed in the Annexes to Regulation (EU) 2019/1793 as amended are subject to temporary increased official controls at border inspection posts upon entry into the European Union and at the control posts.
Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/194 revised Regulation (EU) 2019/1793 and amended the annexes.
The Annexes in the version of the Annex to Regulation (EU) 2026/194 will therefore apply from 18 February 2026.
