As of Monday 1 July 2024, the BAVG will take over the import authorisation agenda in accordance with Section 23 (4) TGG 2024 in conjunction with Sections 13 and 14 VEVO 2022 Applications must therefore be submitted to the BAVG from this date without exception.
What is new is that a user-friendly online form is available for submitting applications:
